Abstract
The basic idea of software defined radio is to build a universal hardware platform.Analog to digital conversion is close to the antenna as much as possible,software define the system.Radio Frequency(RF) front-end technology is one of the key technologies of Software Defined Radio.RF front-end features include low-noise amplifier,filter,mixer and other functions.The analog RF signal is converted into the analog Intermediate Frequency signal,and the A/D and D/A rate,accuracy can meet the need of direct sampling of analog RF signal.The circuit simulation of RF front-end is carried out on the basis of determined integrated chip.The simulation results are analyzed accordingly.
