Abstract
This paper introduces a method of designing solid-state memory system based on ARM and FPGA,and describes its main components and functions in detail.Besides, this paper studies in detail the key technologies such as embedded system bootloader based on ARM,FPGA driver program designed in the Linux operation system and solid-state memory controller designed in FPGA as well. The system takes advantage of the easiness and convenience to build up a Linux Embedded System based on ARM and the capacity of FPGA.So it meets well the need of system interfaces, memory volume and record speed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
