Abstract
Aiming at the frame structure of the gantry gate hoist of a dam,the finite element analysis model was established in the large finite element analysis software ANSYS.According to the practical operation process of the hoist in hydropower station,several typical conditions were selected;and under different load combination,the static characteristics of each condition were analyzed and calculated;and the rigidity and the strength of the structure were verified.In order to research the dynamic characteristics of the frame structure,based on the vibration mechanics,using the modal analysis method,the natural vibration characteristics of the structure were analyzed;and more exact and intuitive natural frequency and vibration type were obtained.The result shows that the frame structure of the gantry gate hoist is safe and feasible,but there is stress concentration in some parts,the natural vibration frequency of whole machine is smaller,and the parts with larger stress should be reinforced,and its structure design should be optimized properly.
