Strenthening the legal consciousness of editors safeguarding the legitimate rights of Journals

To strengthen the legal consciousness of the journal editors is a very important condition of running a journal successfully. The journal editor must establish and improve their legal consciousness incessantly, and regulate their behaviors by laws as a principle. Clarifying the rights and obligations of the publisher is a necessary precondition of safeguarding their rights and interests properly. In order to avoid the phenomena that one contribution is contributed to more than one journals effectively, the editorial department should fulfill its replying obligation in time.
