Research on Private Equity Fund Performance

The private equity investment has become investment tool with the most dispute on the investment market in recent years.However,not all the private equity funds achieved satisfactory results in the current upsurge in the private equity investment of East Asia,especially China.Based on the data of the fund performance from the private equity intelligence,this empirical analysis attempted to deal with the recent performance of the private equity funds invested in China and its neighboring areas.The paper studied major factors influencing the performance of private equity funds and ensure the investment period and the divestment period,which are two major factors of influencing private equity fund performance.
