Abstract

Objective To study the effect of BTX-A to child cerebral palsy by injecting in spastic muscles. Method 45 cases were injected in spastic muscles with BTX-A. We observed the tone and PRS before therapy and the 2 week tone and the 4 week PRS after therapy. Result The tone before therapy and the 2 week tone after therapy had the significant difference, so was PRS before therapy and the 4 week PRS after therapy.Conclusion BTX-A is significantly effective to child spastic cerebral palsy.
