Abstract
Take flyback as an example,using the mathematical description of the voltage of switch turn off(drain to source voltage) and the output error of multiple output voltage,then the harm of leakage inductance is explained.From the one-dimensional model of high-frequency transformer,it indicates that the main factors,pitch of turn,permeating depth,and the width of loop window on the x axis,influence the degree of high-frequency transformer leakage.These are ways to realise the purpose of reducing the leakage:1,increasing the winding width;2,increasing the winding height ratio;3,increasing the coupling degree of winding.The experimental results verify the feasibility of this method of reducing leakage inductance.This conclusion has a general significance for high-frequency transformer.
