Abstract

By clarifying governing with theory of Laozi,and referring to the theories and the practice of contemporary Chinese political system reform,this essay expounds the modern significance of Wu_Wei theory.It also reveals the essence and the characteristics of our country's political system reform,and its orientation in the future.
