Budesonide aerosol inhalation of auxiliary treatment of children acute laryngitis to explore clinical effect

Objective To study the budesonide aerosol inhalation of auxiliary treatment of children acute laryngitis clinical treatment effect and safety.Methods62 cases of children with acute laryngitis random divided into observation group and control group,each group of 31 patients,two groups were given the conventional symptomatic treatment group,add a methylprednisolone static drop treatment,observation group add with budesonide suspension of atomization inhalation in the treatment.Two groups of children to observe therapeutic effect,symptoms and signs disappeared time,and observe adverse drug reaction.ResultsObservation group total effectiveness 96.8%,is significantly better than 61.3% in control group(P0.05),the observation group symptoms disappear time are lower than those of the control group(P0.05);Two groups were no obvious adverse reaction occurred.ConclusionBudesonide aerosol inhalation of auxiliary treatment of children acute laryngitis curative effect is distinct,work fast,safe,reliable and suitable for clinical application.
