Abstract
Objective To investigate the bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates.Method Susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates to fluoroquinolones and other antimicrobial agents were tested by agar dilution.Result The resistant rates of norfloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, cefepime and meropenem were 50%,61.6%,51.2%,48.8%,51.2%,30.2% and 23.2%,respectively.Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were highly resistant to fluoroquinolones and more attention should be paid to survey and detect those strains.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
