Abstract

As long-term incentives,equity-based incentives are widely applied in the modern enterprise.Listed companies in China have began to apply equity-based incentives since 2006.In this paper,I analyze the implementation of listed companies in China in equity-based incentives and the major questions.At last,I give listed companies in China suggestions to promote equity-based incentives.
