University Teachers and Cultivation of Modern University Spirit

University teachers are the force to follow,disseminate and create modern university spirit while university spirit has the function to unite,encourage and guide teachers.In this meaning,university teachers and university spirit are closely connected and interact mutually.In current China,both cultivation of university spirit and development of university teachers are getting into difficulties more or less.As far as cultivation of university spirit is necessarily combined with development of university teachers,a sustainable development of universities can be realized.
