As an important part of Chinese literature,the povisional capital literature has formed distinctive spirit with historical evolution and urban migration.Focusing on Chang'an of Donghan Dynasty,Luoyang of Tang Dynasty,Luoyang of Beisong Dynasty and Nanjing of Ming Dynasty ,the paper carding its inherited literary context and distinguishs the sepcialities of each povisional capital literature,which are pride,nostalgia and loss in exaggeration of Chang'an of Donghan Dynasty,apprehension,depression and the relief in leisure of Luoyang of Tang Dynasty,,introverted,paranoid and rational in covering the shining of Luoyang of Beisong Dynasty,style,fortitude and sentimentality in gaudy of Nanjing of Ming Dynasty.
