Abstract
A new method about extracting rules based on rough sets theory was proposed.Both the certainty and uncertainty basis decision rules were extracted directly by using rough sets theory,and then formed libraries of decision rules of the information system.Moreover,we proved that any certain rule can be obtained by some certain basis decision rules.Finally,the description of algorithm was given and the efficiency of the algorithm was analyzed as well.
