Abstract

According to the analysis of the observed topographical data and hydrological data, the siltation topography downstream the Cao'e River tidal barrage project depends mainly on the bed variation of the main channel. The analogical analysis along with other methods is used to predict the most disadvantageous siltation in the front of the tidal barrage after the regulation of Jianshan branch of Qiantang River being implemented.
