The characteristics of the development of county economy

Abstract
In the light of the practical experiences in Quanzhou, the necessity for a county to develop characteristic economy and the principles to distinguish the characteristics of the county economy are discussed. Meanwhile the important four steps for a county to develop its characteristic economy are proposed including, 1) right option of characteristic product to start characteristic economy, 2) developing characteristic industry to enlarge characteristic economy, 3) relying on scientific and technological progress to enhance characteristic enconomy, 4) forming proper government behaviour to serve characteristic economy.
