Sedimentary characteristics of Badaowan formation of lower jurassic in Cheguai ramp

Through to detailed analysis the sedimentary sequence,core characteristics,granularity characteristics,and logging data in the study area,contrast and summarizes the sedimentary pattern and sequence characteristics of the region.It has shown that with strata uplifting,humid climate and aboundant precipitation caused a large amount of supply from northwest provenance.Early sedimentary period of Badaowan formation,braided river sedimentary system developed mainly in the area.Aftertime,the former was transited to braided river delta and lake dipositional system because of decreasing supply of sediment and lake transgression.
