Abstract
With the rapid development of the control technology, bringing network into traditional control system and realizing long-distance close-loop control have gained more and more attention. But the insertion of communication network makes the analysis and design of an NCS(networked control system)complicated.Specifically, negative effect of the network-induced delay can not be ignored. This paper proposes a simulation model of NCS in real network environment to deal with the random delay of networked control systems, then introduces the data transmission method between plant and remote controller through real network in the model. The simulation results prove that this method can meet the system′s requirements and realizes system′s signals transmission through real network.
