Abstract

China has got the most part of aging population in the world as well as the highest rate of it.The aging population has a great influence on the economy and society positively and negatively,but in general the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.This paper gives a discussion on them how important to change the pressure and challenge from the aging population into the power and chance,to facilitate the ensuring rapid and sound development of our economy and society.
