To inspect laser heterodyne in glass-thickness measure system,the principle of laser heterodyne Glass-thickness measure system is proposed.It designs optical detection circuit suitable for this system by analyzing the characteristics of Optical detection circuits,and offers a kind of unit-model for laser heterodyne detection.
