Research on the Integration of Social Pension Insurance System of Urban and Rural Residents in China

Due to the affect of urban and rural dualistic structure,the endowment insurance in China has presented the feature of division between urban and rural areas. In order to break the system pattern of the fragmentation in endowment insurance,it is urgent to integrate the current five endowment insurance systems into an endowment insurance system which takes the endowment insurance for urban enterprise employees,public functionary,urban and rural residents as the core to achieve the target from the complete coverage on system to the complete coverage on crowds. In this process,the progressive innovation will be taken,executed gradually from three stages. By expectation,the complete coverage on crowds will be achieved by 2040.
