Abstract
The security is one of core problems in an OS. From the development on Access Controlling of Windows NT to Windows 2000, the thesis takes a deep analysis on some important modules in Windows 2000's security, such as Security Describe,Access Control List,Access Token,Access Mask, etc, gives a clear idea on how Windows 2000 strengthen its security.
