Abstract
Pd-Fe/TiO2 Catalyst was prepared and used to catalyze the hydrogenation of 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene at normal pressure to prepare 2,4-difluoroaniline. the product was characterized and proved to be target product by IR, 1H NMR, melting point test, and elemental analysis, the optimum conditions were determined to be as follows: 0.1 mol 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene, 2.6 g Pd-Fe/TiO2 catalyst per mol 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene, 80 mL anhydrous alcohol as solvent, the hydrogenation reaction lasting 2 hours at 50 °C at normal pressure. The rate of production is 98.1%, and the purity of product reaches 99.5%.
