Abstract
Changes of POD,PPO,PAL,β-1,3-glucanase activity in two wheat varieties with different resistance were studied before and after inoculating wheat leaf rust.The results showed that the POD and PPO activity are higher in the resistant variety than the susceptible variety before inoculation,PAL and β-1,3-glucanase activity have little difference between resistant variety and susceptible variety.After inoculated by Puccinia recondite,the resistant and susceptible varieties shown POD,PPO,PAL and β-1,3-glucanase activity are higher than no infecting treatment,resistant variety of PPO activity of inoculation treatment amplitude obviously higher than susceptible variety inoculation treatment.Two different resistant varieties of wheat in the determination of period the enzyme activities are elevated.The resistant and susceptible varieties showed the highest POD,PPO,PAL activities 3day after inoculation,but the β-1,3-glucanase activities 4day after inoculation,relatived to other defense enzymes,PAL activity was stable in the determination of period the enzyme activities.
