A Study on Data Exchange of Heterogeneous Databases on Digital Campus

Abstract

The construction of digital campus is always related to the conformity,integration and exchange of different data resources.In respect to the information island phenomenon,this paper realizes data exchange among heterogeneous databases by XML technology which is widely applied nowadays.It proceeds to probe into the pattern mapping between database and XML,and the mapping of data type based on matrix.Solving the problem of heterogeneous logic by exchange rules,we succeeded in resolving the information island phenomenon on the construction of digital campus.
