On the legal control of the money laundering crime

Abstract

The crime of money Laundering is a complex high intelligent crime,which is a severe danger to the society.It has been widely concerned about how to strengthen the legal control of the crime of money laundering.Although the legal control of such a crime has been reinforced in China recently,improvement is still necessary.Therefore,it is significant for us to prefect the criminal legislation about anti-money laundering.
