Color Doppler ultrasonographic diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes in breast cancer

Objective:To explore the value of color ultrasonography in diagnosing the metastatic lymphnodes of brnamic indices of axillary metastatic lymph nodes in 49 patients with breast cancer were observed.Methods:Using color Doppler ultrasonography,the shape,size,internal echoes and hemo-dyPathology were observed.Results: The results revealed that the shape of 43 metastatic lymph nodes was close to round..Fused lymph nodes were the main characeristics of metastases.The lymph nodes were enlarged and more color signals were displayed around the nodes.Multiplc lymph nodes showed more color signals than those of single ones.Conclusion:The diagnostic ac-curacy of metastatic lymph nodes could bc raised with the combination of two dimensional and color Doppler ultra-sonography.
