On the Legal Arrangement of Property Law to State-Owned Property Rights

Property Law holds state-owned is people-owned,which means state ownership is part of all people-owned property,but not that only state ownership can embody all people-owned system.State ownership is entitled with public rights.Property Law assumes equal protection of state ownership and other properties,which does not mean that all these rights are equal.In Property Law,the property right of public juridical person and the state-investment enterprise juridical person,and the regulations of national investors' status violate the legal principle of property law with confusion of relevant rules logic and no connection between them,disobeying the practical life obviously.Hence,it is a kind of historical backward action.
