Abstract

The paper analyzes some problems about financial risks in small and medium-sized enterprises and presents some principles and methods to control financial risks, aiming to strengthen the financial risk awareness in the enterprises and establish reasonable assessing mechanism and controlling process, to ensure the normalization of finance and enhance competitiveness, to make them continuously develop.
