Abstract
The design and realization of long-life servo system are introduced in this paper.A BLDCM is used as executive device and a brushless resolver is used as angle measurement to meet long-life requirement. The model of BLDCM based on Matlab and the model of servo system based on BLDCM are described in this paper. The parameters of PI regulator used in the system are decided on system simulation. It's an easy way to achieve the parameter.Mechanical resonance is taken into account to ensure that the regulator can be realized.Six channels of switching signals to control power amplifiers are generated through a single PWM in FPGA.By this way,the hardware is simple and reliable. The results show that better control performance is realized.
