Abstract

Higher Education in new century should meet the need of knowledge economy era.In this article,the author makes an analysis of the problems of traditional education in China and the characteristics of innovative talents.The author thinks that the traditional education system should be reformed and innovative education should be put into practice,and some ways to solve the problems are proposed.
