An Exploration of Higher Vocational Colleges Sustainable Development under the Background of the Decrease of Source of Students

Higher vocational colleges are facing serious survival crisis because of the decrease of perspective students' quantity and quality.This paper first analyzes the reasons of the decrease of higher vocational colleges' source of students,then emphasizes that higher vocational colleges should strengthen self-building from the four following aspects: building good images,strengthening the management and culture of students,bringing higher vocational teachers'roll into full play,and broadening school-running channels,thus to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
