New Features of World Politics and Economy and New Composition of Ideology of Security

This article presents the various changes concerning world politics and economy after the Cold War ended. These changes have resulted in modification of traditional ideas on security. At the turn of the century, the military-strength- strength - centered national security ideology has given place to a comprehensive one with economy and military strength as its dual centers and politics, science and thchnology,culture and environment as complements.The composition of the new ideology of security will lead to negotiations and co-operations and will be of great significance in the establishment of relations of a new type among nations.
