INFLUENCE ON LIVER FIBROSIS OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS B USING ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL COMBINED WITH FUZHENG HUAYU CAPSULE

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil(ADV)combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule for treating the chronic hepatitis B(CHB),and explore the influence on liver fibrosis.[Methods]100 cases of patients with CHB were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received ADV treatment,and the treatment group combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule.All patients received treatment for 1 year.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the end of treatment.The serum liver fibrosis(PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,LN,HA)levels were detected in prior-treatment and post-treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%,which in the control group was 76.0%,the difference was significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the liver fibrosis(PC-Ⅲ,IV-C,LN,HA)levels of the two groups decreased significantly(P﹤0.05),compared with prior-treatment,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).Compared the treatment group and the control group,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups.[Conclusion]Using ADV combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule can prevent or improve liver fibrosis.The clinical efficacy is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
