Abstract
The c alculation analysis on the theoretical replacement ratio and the actual replacement ratio was carried out for improving the industrial experimental production data of the fixed carbon in pulverized coal injection of No.5 and No.6 Blast Furnace; the blending structure was optimized through the linear programming, the costs of the mixed pulverized coal injection with different volatile compounds through optimized calculation were compared with the theoretical replacement ratios, and the economic coal blending factors were put forward. The calculation results showed that: the economic coal blending factors presented a parabolic trend with the increase of mixed coal volatile, and the best economic coal blending factors was provided when the volatile component was 16%~17%.
