Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of 88 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods 88 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed of the clinical data.Results 14 cases (15.91%) recovered after conservative treatment,74 cases (84.09%)treated by operative treatment,due to the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,patients missed the best rescue time and appeared intraoperative hemorrhage and (or) shock and other organs failure,2 cases died,and the mortality was 2.27%.Conclusion Gynecologic acute abdomen disease entities,analysis condition changes fast and complex,ask for details of the history,strict physical examination when diagnosed.In combination with the clinical symptoms,B ultrasound,HCG and posterior fornix puncture results analysis,and strengthen the differential diagnosis.Surgery is an effective treatment of gynecological acute abdomen.
