Analysis of Quotations in Journal of Beijing University of Physical Education (1995-2000)

By applying document statistics theory, the articles published, the quotations and the distributing of the writers in the Journal of Beijing University of Physical Education (1995～2000) were classified, analyzed, compared and studied in 11 indexes from multiple sides and multiple angles of view. It was considered that the page numbers of the literatures are not full and there is certain difference of the average quotation of an article between this journal and the Sport Science and journals of other subjects. Many of the quotations in foreign languages are of the early years. So attention should be paid to those problems, constructive opinion was advanced for the future development of this journal and scientific gist was provided for reference of this journal and other journals.
