Curative Effect Observation of Lisinopril Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets on Essential Hypertension

Objective: To observe the curative effect and security of lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablets on essential hypertension.Methods: 56 patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension admitted by the hospital from March 2010 to September were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablets and lisinopril,respectively.After two weeks,the double dose was given to the patients whose blood pressure controls were not satisfied.The curative effect was observed eight weeks later.Results: The decreased value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after treatment were(19.1±13.0) mm Hg and(12.1±7.4) mm Hg,and the total efficiency was 85.71%.Conclusion: Lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablets are effective in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension,and are worth clinical generalization as antihypertensive drugs.
