Abstract
Higher school education reform has been a focus of public attention.The administration management of higher schools and marginalization of professors are more significant drawbacks,which have hindered the development of Chinese higher schools.There are three main aspects:First,official circles of the higher school,contrary to international practice;second,serious administration of resources allocation,officials or dwarves of professors;third,students are deeply influenced by utilitarianism and their life and values are distorted.In order to achieve positive interaction of academic and administrative powers,it is imperative to change the thinking of official-oriented idea,define the autonomy of higher schools in law,improve the rights of academic committee and increase the transparency of higher school information.
