Abstract

Objective; To investigate the brain blood stream changes recorded by TCD of the cerebral hemorrhage patiens caused by hypertension. Methods:To estimate intracranial blood flow mean velocity(Vm)and Pulse Index(I)of 60 cerebral hemorrhage patiens and 60 control healthy persons with TCD,and to survey the difference of the parameters. Results:Positive correlations about Vm of blood vessels were found between hematoma volume25ml and control healthy groups(P0.05 or P0.01).The bleed side Vm values in large-volume groups were lower than in mid-volume and small-volume groups(P0.05).And PI values in large-volume groups were higher than in mid-volume and small-volume groups(P0.05).Conclusions:High correlation about blood volumes and parametes detected by TCD exist in cerebral hemorrhage patiens caused by hypertension. And blood volumes and prognosis could be deduced by the parametes.
