Abstract
The content of tungsten, niobium, tantalum in titanium alloy was determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP–AES). The sample was decomposed with HCl,HNO 3 and HF. The interference from matrix and co-existing elements were studied. The analysis lines of tungsten, niobium, tantalum were 207.911,309.418,240.063 nm,respectively. The matrix effect was corrected by matrix matching. The detection limit was 0.003–0.013 μg/mL,the recovery rate was from 98% to 104%,the relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.3%–2.4%(n=8). The determination results were in good agreement with reference materials.
