Abstract

In this study, the different extractants with different concentrations of dried root parsley extract on Allelopathy of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris was studied by the growth rate method. The findings indicated that The aqueous extract of dried root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris at higher concentrations(100%、90%、80%、70%、60%、50%),and the lower concentration(from 40% to 10%) of them promoted the mycelial growth.Maximum inhibition rate was 20.53%.The ethonal extract of dried root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris at higher concentrations(from 100% to 40%),and the lower concentration(from 30% to 10%) of them promoted the mycelial growth.Maximum inhibition rate was 77.87%.In the case of the role of time-invariant,the effect of Allelopathic in different extraction agents with the increase of the concentration increase. In the case of the same concentration, the effect of Allelopathic in different extraction agents with the role of the extension of time decreased.
