Abstract

Analysis on cleaner production in EIA of construction project can promote the adjust the investment plan of enterprises, and can realize the environmental protection strategy transferring end-disposing to the whole processcontrol This article expatiates on keypoints of the level of cleaner production from five aspects: raw materials and energy, technology and equipment, product characteristic, the level of management and employees' consciousness, waste disposal and reuse
