Development of the studies on miRNA

microRNA,also called miRNA,is a class of small non-protein coding RNA in eukaryotic cells. In many organisms,miRNA can post-transcriptional control gene expression and effect almost all of the signaling pathway. It parcitipates in many physiological and pathological processes and plays a important role in regulation of tumor occurrence and development. The study of the relationship between miRNA and tumor is one of the hotspots in recent years,the mechanisms of impact of tumor occurrence and development may provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment.
