Abstract

In the absence of solvent, phase transfer catalyst without conditions, with phosphotungstic acid as a catalyst, using MCM-41 zeolite as a catalyst carrier,30% hydrogen peroxide as the source of oxygen.under certain temperature can be cyclohexanol / cyclohexanone mixture into adipic acid oxidation. The 30% hydrogen peroxide amount, the reaction time, temperature, amount of catalyst, acid on the production of adipic acid, catalyst recovery and reuse were discussed. The results showed: when MCM-41 zeolite load of 80% phosphotungstic acid catalyst for 7h,Adipic Acid maximum production rate is as high as 89.17%.
