Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical features and operative treatment for patients with substantial tuberculosis in liver.Methodes:Records nine patients with hepatic tuberculosis were reviewed.Results:Definite diagnosis didn't be concluded preoperatively in all nine patients until the pathological examinations were made.Conclusions:Nutritional agents and anti-tuberculosis drugs should be applied in patients with hepatic tuberculosis;surgical procedures are regarded as the other major treatment for these people,especially under the circumstance of complications and/or doubtful malignant tumor but good hepatic function.
