Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of high-resolution ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of breast neoplasms.Methods:ALOKA-a5 ultrasound instrument and Bard automatic biopsy device were applied for percutaneous puncture in breast neoplasms.Tissue samples were harvested for pathologic examination. Results:Twenty patients succeeded in percutaneous biopsy with sampling rate of 100%..In these patients there were 14malignancies,6 benign.Conclusions:High-resolution Ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is of great importance for pathologic diagnosis and for leading clinical operation and treatment of breast neoplasms.
