Abstract

It is an urgent task for the vocational college to turn out students that will meet the needs of society and be capable of functioning well in such fields as production,service,technology and management.It is noted in this paper that to carry out quality education,help students to design their own life-careers,construct advanced organizational culture and engage them in various social and collective activities is an effective approach to the elevation of their comprehensive vocational competence.
