Abstract

Scientific theory is composed of two parts: scientific theory 1 and scientific theory 2, the work of scientific 1 is studying the general law between the same kind of natural phenomena, and that of scientific theory 2 is studying the universal law between different kinds of natural phenomena. Any kind of rationality is relative to our human being's background knowledge; the rationality of scientific theory is not excluded. The rationality of scientific theory cannot be guaranteed in logic on the whole meaning, but the logic rationality of scientific theory exists.
