It has a positive effect on raising the overall industry level of the western area and makes it more competitive in economy.In the development of the private economy of the western area, the government and society should emancipate minds,renew mentalities,take various measures to fully protect economic profits of private economic parties and thus create full and fair competition environment.Besides,unreasonable restrictions against the growth of private economy should be removed and financial support should be strengthened.
